When we outsource our activities (e.g. food delivery, grocery delivery) we need to ask ourselves are we indulging ourselves or saving time so we can make more money. Many of these services have hidden costs, and also prevents us from experiencing the psychological pain of physically paying for things.

On the surface it does look like gambling, but in the long run you have better odds opposed to gambling (remember the house always wins when it comes to gambling). It's still risky but not as risky as gambling. So remember, invest for the long term (including don't panic) and diversify your holdings.
